2. KNOW WHAT WE CAN'T TAKE ( AND WHAT TO DO WITH IT)

We haul almost everything, but by law we cannot take hazardous waste in our truck. Set these aside BEFORE we arrive:

We DON'T Take: Wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste.

What To Do: Take them to your local Household Hazardous Waste drop (most cities in LA County offer free drop-off). For latex paint - mix with cat litter or home depot powder that dry out paint till is solid, let it dry, then it can go in a regular trash. Piling hazardous items separately keeps your job safe and avoids extra fees.

3. PREP YOUR SPACE FOR FAST, DAMAGE - FREE REMOVAL

You don't need to move heavy items that's our job - but 5 minutes of prep makes the job faster and protects your home:

- Clear a path from the junk to the front door/ driveway (3 feet wide)

- Removes small rugs, toys, and low-hanging lights from the path

- Measure tight doorways - we can remove a door in 30 seconds by pulling hinges pins if needed

- For couches/fridges: empty drawers and shelves to cut weight in half
